Christmas & New Year 2018/19

- Our showrooms will close at 14:00 Saturday 22nd December and reopen 8:30 Wednesday 2nd January
Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received it. All orders received before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day for next day delivery unless you nominate a specific day (except remote, highland and island orders which will take 3 – 5 days).

Pick Your Delivery Day
There is a drop down calendar on the checkout page underneath the delivery address fields, you can use this to pick a more convenient day for delivery. Please note that we will only process next day delivery for orders received up to 1pm, orders received after this will automatically be shipped next day for delivery two days later.
In some remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands) it will take longer to deliver and delivery surcharges may be applied. Please see our list of delivery surcharge areas below. In these areas we are NOT able to accommodate a nominated day.
- Delivery is charged at £9.98 (mainland UK) for all orders under £50*
- For project orders* over £50 delivery is FREE (mainland UK).
Remote Area Surcharges
Highlands = £25 (plus £9.98 if order value less than £50)
Offshore (inc Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Guernsey, Jersey and Channel Isles) = £55 (plus £9.98 if order value less than £50)
- Isle Of Man = £65 (plus £9.98 if order value less than £50)
Northern Ireland = £30 (plus £9.98 if order value less than £50)
- Isle of Wight = £10 (plus £9.98 if order value less than £50)
- Republic of Ireland = £40 (plus £9.98 if order value less than £50)
These charges will be added to the standard delivery rate. Surcharges are also applied when mainland UK delivery is free.
*Please note, the surcharges for remote area deliveries still apply to orders over £50.00.
Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day unless you have nominated an alternative later date. Unless you nominate a specific date during checkout your delivery will be:
- Order placed between 1pm Monday to 1pm Tuesday should be delivered on Wednesday
- Order placed between 1pm Tuesday to 1pm Wednesday should be delivered on Thursday
- Order placed between 1pm Wednesday to 1pm Thursday should be delivered on Friday
- Order placed between 1pm Thursday to 1pm Friday should be delivered on Monday
- Order placed between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday should be delivered on Tuesday
Your order can arrive at any time between 8am and 6pm and unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot. If our carrier is unable to deliver, you will be able to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery in most cases. You should also be able to track the status of your order online via the carrier’s website.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cladding products, you have 14 days to return your order to us (See returns section below) for a full NO QUIBBLE refund.
You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused, within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 working days to let us know and we’ll arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).
Decor Cladding Direct cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service.
